Semiconductors air conditioning

Since more than 15 years, particularly in 1997, there was I had the idea that the air conditioning semiconductors, where they are used in small refrigerators for lack of overcoming  big heat load, which can not remove it these small bodies of semiconductors was the question why do not we manufacture  largest bodies of semiconductors  to eliminate  the largest thermal load and to present to this day no one has step towards this system, especially big companies, which operate in the semiconductors so the attention of whom it may concern to enter this field and more particularly German companies because of its accuracy and challenged constraints
